The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced new payment options, making it easier for citizens to pay application fees after their requests are approved. Applicants can now pay fees in cash at NADRA offices or through digital platforms like JazzCash, Easypaisa, and E-Sahulat outlets.
A new QR code-based payment system allows applicants to pay instantly online via mobile banking at the time of submission without extra charges. These options are available nationwide. For complaints, citizens can call 1777, use the online NADRA complaint portal, or access the Pak ID mobile app.
Previously, NADRA updated NICOP fees for Pakistanis living in South Africa. The NICOP, a crucial document for overseas Pakistanis, provides recognition as Pakistani citizens and access to various services and benefits. Family members of overseas Pakistanis can also obtain the card, ensuring wider access to its advantages.
