Pakistani TV host and actress Nadia Khan has addressed the controversy surrounding her revelation of actress Hiba Bukhari’s pregnancy on a television show. Nadia shared the news during an episode of Kya Drama Hai, leading to criticism for disclosing the private matter without the couple’s prior consent.
In her response to the backlash, Nadia clarified that the news was casually mentioned by Arez Ahmed during filming, without any specific instruction to keep it confidential. “I was never told by Arez to keep the news a secret,” she explained. “He and Hiba are close friends of mine, and if they had wanted this to remain confidential, I would have respected their wish.”

Nadia emphasized that her intention was not to “break” any private news but to share a joyful moment, as the information was already known within their circle. She apologized for any unintended distress caused.
Neither Hiba Bukhari nor Arez Ahmed have publicly addressed the situation since the incident. The couple, who married in 2022, have opted to maintain privacy regarding their personal lives.
