Ministry of Defence Opens Hundreds of Jobs—How to Apply

The Ministry of Defence has launched a large-scale recruitment drive, offering hundreds of government jobs from BS-01 to BS-18. The vacancies are open to all Pakistani nationals.

The recruitment includes positions in technical, administrative, security, medical, clerical, and support staff categories. Candidates must meet the required educational qualifications and age limits as of the closing date, 1 March 2026.

Age Relaxation and Special Cases
The Ministry of Defence has provided specific age relaxations for eligible candidates:

  • Three years for Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, recognised tribes of Tribal Areas, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan.
  • Three years for candidates from Sindh (Rural) and Balochistan for posts in BS-15 and below.
  • Ten years for government servants with at least two years of continuous service.
  • Ten years for released or retired Armed Forces personnel, subject to total service limits.
  • Five years for widows, widowers, and children of deceased government servants.
  • Ten years for persons with disabilities applying for posts in BS-15 and below.

Quotas for women, minorities, and persons with disabilities will be strictly observed.

Application Process
The application process is fully online through the official website www.recruitments.com.pk. Candidates do not need to submit hard copies.

The application fee varies by job scale and must be paid through the 1Bill invoice system via participating banks, ATMs, Internet Banking, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, UBL Omni, or TCS Express. Fee exemptions apply to persons with disabilities with valid certificates.

Negative marking applies in screening tests, with 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer. No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews. All candidates must keep their contact details updated and check the website regularly for updates.

The Ministry of Defence emphasized that candidates are responsible for eligibility, documentation, and timely submission. The last date to apply is 1 March 2026.
