For the 2025 Hajj season, only 23,620 Pakistani pilgrims will be permitted to participate under the private scheme. To ensure transparency, the ministry has uploaded the list of authorized service providers and their respective quotas on its official website and the Pak Hajj 2025 mobile app.
A ministry spokesperson urged both pilgrims and service providers to stay informed via the Pak Hajj app, which offers real-time updates, important announcements, and contact information.
The spokesperson also stressed that all private Hajj companies must provide updated service contracts to pilgrims in line with their allocated quota.
Additionally, the ministry reminded both private operators and pilgrims to complete the Hajj visa issuance process by April 18, as mandated by Saudi authorities.
For any inquiries or complaints, pilgrims can contact the ministry at 051-9218571 or 051-9207519, or email [email protected].
