The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has named former New Zealand cricketer and seasoned coach Mike Hesson as the new white-ball head coach of the national team, starting May 26.
PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi made the announcement on X, stating Hesson was selected after reviewing numerous applications and expressing confidence in his ability to guide the future of Pakistan cricket.

Additionally, former pacer Aqib Javed has been appointed as Director of High Performance to support Hesson and help strengthen the country’s cricketing structure.
