Other carriers reported unusual incidents. LOT Polish Airlines turned back a Warsaw–Dubai flight mid-air. Norwegian Air Shuttle cancelled or rerouted selected services. Scandinavian Airlines also changed routes to avoid risk areas.
Middle Eastern Airlines have also been affected. Turkish Airlines suspended flights to Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, and Syria. Qatar Airways halted flights after Qatar closed its airspace. Virgin Atlantic cancelled some London–Dubai services and rerouted others. Wizz Air suspended flights to Israel, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Amman until early March.
