[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]Mickey Arthur, the former head coach of the Pakistan team, is set to be appointed as the Pakistan Cricket Board’s consultant team director (PCB).

Grant Bradburn will most likely be the team’s head coach. Morne Morkel, a former South African fast bowler, is expected to join as bowling coach, while Andrew Puttick will be the batting coach.

The coaching staff is expected to join the team before the start of the home series against New Zealand on April 14, which will include five T20 Internationals and as many ODIs.

Cliffe Deacon, a physiotherapist, and Drikus Saaiman, a strength and conditioning coach, are the two foreign coaches who have already joined the national team.

Mickey will travel to Pakistan for a brief period of time before returning to Derbyshire to resume his duties as head coach.

Morne Morkel, on the other hand, will not be on the coaching staff for the series against New Zealand because he is affiliated with an Indian Premier League (IPL) team.

Sethi previously stated that he had already had the final discussion with Mickey Arthur about working as a consultant and that he would choose his own support staff based on his preferences.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
