Sukkur IBA University is scheduled to hold the retake of the Medical and Dental Colleges Admission Test (MDCAT 2024) on Sunday, December 8, 2024, across five divisions of Sindh. All candidates planning to sit for the retake are advised to adhere strictly to the updated guidelines.
In line with the revised instructions, candidates must present their original admit slip along with one of the specified identification documents to gain entry to the exam hall. Failure to do so will result in being denied entry. The acceptable identification documents include a CNIC, Juvenile Card, Passport, Matriculation Marksheet, or Intermediate Marksheet.

The decision to retake the exam follows a ruling by the Sindh High Court on November 15, 2024, which provided a four-week period for the retake. Prof. Dr. Asif Ahmed Sheikh, Vice Chancellor of Sukkur IBA University and CEO of STS, assured that the exam will be conducted under strict supervision to ensure transparency and merit.
