Maryam to leave for Saudi Arabia today to perform Umrah

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]LAHORE: Maryam Nawaz, Senior Vice President and Chief Organiser of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, will travel to Saudi Arabia on Tuesday (today) to perform Umrah.

According to her family members, Maryam will board Saudi Airlines flight No. SV-739 from Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport for Jeddah at 2:30pm.

Her husband, Captain (retd) Muhammad Safdar, son Junaid Safdar, daughter-in-law Ayesha Saif, two daughters – Mehrun Nisa and Mahnoor Safdar, and some employees will accompany her.

According to family members, former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will also arrive in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday from London.

Maryam and Nawaz will be royal family special guests in Saudi Arabia, where they will also meet with Saudi royal leadership.

Nawaz and Maryam will spend Ramazan’s final ten days in Makkah and Madina.

After performing Umrah, the PML-N chief organiser will return home on April 26.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
