A shocking case of attempted sexual assault has emerged from Fort Abbas, where police arrested a man for allegedly enabling three of his drug-addicted friends to assault his wife.
According to the FIR, the woman from Thokar Jamil Shah area stated that her husband often hosted drug gatherings at home. On June 27, he allegedly brought three men to the house and allowed them to attempt to rape her.

The assault was disrupted when neighbors heard the victim’s cries and intervened. Police later arrested the husband and one accomplice, while a search continues for the other two suspects. Authorities confirmed that a thorough investigation is underway and legal action will follow.
This case follows another disturbing incident in Vehari, where a man reportedly let another man rape his wife after losing a bet, highlighting the urgent need for stronger protections for women in domestic settings.
