Mahira Khan, a prominent figure in Pakistani entertainment, married her longtime partner Salim Karim last year. The couple is preparing to celebrate their first wedding anniversary this October.

In a rare social media post on Instagram, Mahira shared a sweet photo of herself hugging Salim, accompanied by a birthday wish for him. She wrote, “Happy birthday my jaaaan,” adding a small heart emoji to the caption.
In the post’s note, Mahira requested her fans to “make a small dua [prayer] for us.”
The photo was a throwback to one of their wedding celebrations, featuring Mahira in a red and white floral lehnga and choli. The outfit blended Eastern and Western styles, with the lehnga paired with a chunri dupatta.
Mahira began her career as a VJ on a private music channel in the 2000s. She gained significant recognition with her supporting role in Shoaib Mansoor’s film *Bol* in 2011, followed by her acclaimed performance in the hit drama *Humsafar* later that year.
