Latest 5G Technology In Pakistan Launch Date Announced

The Caretaker Minister of IT & Telecom, Dr. Umar Saif, has revealed plans for the growth of Pakistan’s IT exports in the Middle East. Memorandums of understanding with three Qatari companies have been signed, indicating potential growth in IT exports.
Dr. Umar Saif announced the launch of 5G in July next year, with plans to address the 300 MHz spectrum for 5G. Measures are being taken to resolve telecommunication companies’ issues regarding 5G.

A telecommunication tribunal will be established within three weeks, accompanied by the formation of an action advisory committee for 5G. Additionally, a consultant will be hired for 5G implementation, and it is hoped that all telecommunication companies will acquire the spectrum.
Highlighting the significance of women’s involvement in decision-making, Dr. Umar Saif stressed the need for equal opportunities for women in business. The government has introduced various initiatives to support women.
During the ceremony, representatives from the World Bank Group discussed initiatives for future environmental conditions and increased funding to assist women in business. Dr. Umar Saif believes that empowering rural women can propel the country towards development.
