Toyota hiked the price of its vehicles for the third time in the last 30 days. These estimated expenses, according to the corporation, are merely indicative and could fluctuate. IMC claims that the main factor behind this third hike is the PKR’s decline in value against the US currency. It’s noteworthy to note that the episode includes car sales in addition to pricing rises.

The PAMA numbers show that car sales have decreased by 65%. Also, the latest price increase series will make the already poor sales numbers worse. By Rs. 11,660,000, the company raised the price of the Prado 2.8L AT. The old price was Rs. 47,699,000; the new price is Rs. 59,359,000. According to IMC’s release, the company is currently having a very tough time maintaining its prices due to the significant devaluation of the Pakistani rupee brought on by both global inflation and domestic upheaval.
