The Lahore Ring Road Authority (LRRA) has announced a 16.67% increase in toll tax rates for the Northern and Southern loops, as well as the Eastern Bypass, with the updated charges taking effect earlier this week. The revised toll tax applies across all vehicle categories to help cover operational and maintenance costs of the road network.

Buses will now be required to pay Rs. 350, increased from Rs. 300. Heavy vehicles, including loader trucks, dumpers, and pickups with 2-3 axles, will pay Rs. 420 compared to Rs. 360 previously. Trucks and trailers with more than three axles are now subject to a toll tax of Rs. 700, up from Rs. 600.
