ATC Judge Abher Gul Khan presided over the proceedings, which were related to a case filed by Sarwar Road police. The police had registered a case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leaders and workers under the Anti-Terrorism Act for setting fire to police vehicles at Rahat Bakery Chowk.
In a separate development, the Lahore High Court has summoned the Punjab inspector general of police to appear in person by November 3 in response to an unsatisfactory report submitted by the Capital City Police Officer regarding Khadija’s case.
