Investigators reported that the officer admitted to stealing 125 motorcycles from the Eidgah area in September 2024. A case had already been filed at the Eidgah Police Station.
The suspect, who had been living at the Garden headquarters, has been transferred to the Anti-Vehicle Lifting Cell (AVLC) for further investigation.
In separate operations, two more suspects — identified as Salman Ishaq and Zain — were also arrested. Authorities said Zain was involved in a robbery at a cold drink depot during Ramadan, where he fled with two mobile phones and Rs100,000.
Meanwhile, Salman Ishaq was accused of snatching a woman’s mobile phone. Police stated that investigations into all the cases are ongoing.
