Hailey launched Rhode in 2022. Since then, the brand has grown into a leading name in the global beauty industry. The 28-year-old revealed that she often tests new skincare products on Justin Bieber and close friends before launch. “I test them on my husband, I test them on my friends. I’m product-obsessed,” Hailey said, showing her dedication to quality and innovation.
She also continues to lead Rhode as founder, chief creative officer, and head of innovation. Her focus is on product development, marketing, and creative strategy. According to Hailey, maintaining high standards and personal involvement has been key to Rhode’s success.

She explained her choice to keep their child away from social media. “Until your child can understand it and it’s possible to have a conversation around it, I have no interest in putting him out there,” she said.
