In Jerusalem, military forces have initiated their entry into Gaza as they commence the second phase, deploying fresh platoons of troops and armored vehicles into the region as part of an expansion of ground operations aimed at defeating Hamas.

Israeli forces launched a ground offensive against Palestine on October 29, referred to as the second stage of the conflict by Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, while the death toll in Gaza surpassed 8,000.

The distressed residents of Gaza experienced a loss of communication as Tel Aviv continued its aerial assaults on the enclave.

The Israeli Prime Minister urged his citizens to prepare for an extended and challenging war, promising to spare no effort in securing the release of hostages held by Palestinian fighters. He emphasized that this was just the beginning and pledged to eliminate the enemy on both the surface and underground.

Israeli forces intensified their bombardment of Gaza with the support of Western allies who backed Tel Aviv’s claim of acting in self-defense. The indiscriminate attacks have resulted in an increasing number of civilian casualties in Gaza, with the death toll now exceeding 8,000, exacerbating the humanitarian crisis.

The conflict began on October 7 when Hamas initiated Operation Al-Aqsa Flood by launching thousands of rockets and conducting infiltrations into Israel. Palestinian militants stated that this incursion was in response to the storming of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the escalating violence by Israel. In retaliation, Israel continued its bombardment of Hamas targets in the Gaza Strip for several weeks.
