Aleema Khan has dismissed rumors that PTI founder Imran Khan is suffering from a brain infection.
Speaking to the media outside Adiala Jail after meeting her detained brother, she claimed that false propaganda is being spread about his health and assured that he is not suffering from any illness. She stated that Imran Khan appeared healthy and in good spirits but criticized authorities for not allowing his personal doctor to visit him.
She also mentioned that a decision in the Al-Qadir case could come within a week, alleging that the ongoing developments aim to pressure the PTI founder.
Earlier, a four-member medical team from the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) conducted a check-up on Khan following PTI leaders’ concerns over his alleged solitary confinement and well-being.
