Imran khan reaches IHC with tight security

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]ISLAMABAD: According to Supreme Court (SC) orders, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan arrived at the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday amid tight security.

When he arrived, a large crowd gathered outside the IHC and raised slogans in support of the PTI chief.

IHC Chief Justice Aamer Farooq has formed a two-judge bench, consisting of Justice Miangul Hasan Aurangzeb and Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz, to hear Imran’s bail application in the Al-Qadir Trust case.

Earlier, the former premier was escorted to court from the Police Lines guesthouse.

PTI calls on supporters to reach Islamabad

PTI leader Hammad Azhar posted a short video on Twitter urging party supporters to travel to Islamabad.

“Everyone should come to Islamabad and protect themselves from illegal arrests,” said the PTI leader, adding that Friday prayers will be held in the federal capital.
