Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has named its founder, Imran Khan, as Patron-in-Chief, announced PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan.
Speaking to reporters outside Adiala Jail, Gohar explained that although Khan remains imprisoned, he continues to lead the party symbolically. He also shared updates on PTI’s ongoing protest campaign across the country.

Gohar noted that Omar Ayub and Salman Akram Raja will serve as Khan’s public representatives during the protests, while Ali Amin Gandapur will handle affairs related to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s governance.
Clarifying his own position, Gohar said he retains full authority as PTI chairman and will manage the party’s diplomatic responsibilities. He emphasized, “I remain the party chairman and will represent PTI in legal matters before the High Court.”
