Imran Khan, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), has addressed corruption allegations in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa by forming a three-member committee to review governmental matters, according to Express News.
This decision follows concerns raised by provincial minister Shakeel Khan about corruption in the province.
The committee includes former Governor Shah Farman, Qazi Anwar, and Anti-Corruption Advisor Musaddiq Abbasi. Their task is to thoroughly examine the operations of the K-P government and provide a detailed report to Imran Khan.

Shah Farman confirmed the committee’s formation, stating, “The three-member committee has been established under the guidance of our founder, and we will strictly adhere to the directives issued by him.”
The committee’s formation comes after a meeting between Minister Shakeel Khan and Imran Khan, where the minister expressed concerns over corruption within various provincial departments.
This move demonstrates Imran Khan’s commitment to addressing these issues and ensuring transparency in governmental affairs.
The new committee aims to investigate the claims and report their findings back to the PTI leader, highlighting the party’s focus on rooting out corruption in the region.
