Marwat, who arrived at Gate No. 5 of the jail, was stopped by authorities and turned away. According to prison officials, Imran Khan was informed of Marwat’s arrival and reiterated his directive, stating that Marwat was no longer authorized to act as his lawyer.
The reason behind Imran Khan’s sudden decision to disassociate from Marwat as his legal representative remains unclear. The development has raised questions about the PTI founder’s legal strategy and potential changes to his defense team.
This incident comes amidst heightened political and legal activity involving the PTI leadership, making it a point of interest for both supporters and political observers.
