The ICC Men’s ODI World Cup 2023 Trophy landed in Lahore on September 4 and is scheduled to depart on September 6. During this brief but significant visit, the trophy is making stops at historic landmarks, cricket academies, and educational institutions, giving fans from all backgrounds a unique opportunity to witness the glory of cricket up close.
For the media to capture this historic moment, the trophy will be on display at the National Cricket Academy’s outdoor area on September 6 at 10 am for 40 minutes.
The ICC Men’s World Cup 2023 is set to take place in India from October 5 to November 19. Pakistan, currently the top-ranked team in the 50-over format, secured the title in 1992 under the leadership of Imran Khan, defeating England by 22 runs in the final at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Australia.
