Hyundai Nishat Motor has increased the prices of its Palisade Hybrid variants in Pakistan following the implementation of the revised 25% sales tax structure. The new prices represent an increase of more than Rs2 million for both variants.
The Palisade Hybrid Smart was previously priced at Rs20,999,000. Its price has now increased by Rs2,165,527, taking the revised price to Rs23,164,527.
The Palisade Hybrid Calligraphy has also received a significant price increase. The variant previously cost Rs22,999,000, while its revised price now stands at Rs25,263,074, following an increase of Rs2,264,074.
Despite the price revision, Hyundai Nishat Motor has announced a special limited-time discount on both Palisade Hybrid variants. The offer is intended to provide some relief to customers following the increase in the official prices.
Under the promotional offer, the Palisade Hybrid Smart will be available for Rs22,625,000. This represents a discount of Rs539,527 from its revised price of Rs23,164,527.
The Palisade Hybrid Calligraphy will be offered at Rs24,075,000 under the limited-time promotion. Customers purchasing this variant will receive a discount of Rs1,188,074 compared with its revised price of Rs25,263,074.
The company has clarified that the special offer applies to both existing back orders and new bookings. However, customers will need to make full payment within the validity period of the promotional offer to qualify for the discounted prices.
The latest price increase comes as changes in the sales tax structure continue to affect vehicle prices in Pakistan. Higher taxes and other cost pressures can significantly increase the final price of imported or locally marketed vehicles, particularly in the premium segment.
The Palisade Hybrid is positioned as a premium SUV and is being offered in Smart and Calligraphy variants. The hybrid powertrain is one of its key features, while the vehicle also targets customers looking for a larger SUV with premium equipment and modern technology.
Hyundai Nishat Motor has also announced its delivery timeline for the vehicle. Deliveries of the Palisade Hybrid are expected to begin in October 2026.
Customers considering the SUV will therefore need to compare the promotional prices with the revised official prices before booking. The discount is limited in duration and is subject to the company’s payment conditions.
The price revision means that the Palisade Hybrid remains a significantly higher-priced vehicle than before the new tax structure was implemented. However, the temporary discount could reduce the immediate impact of the price increase for buyers who complete payment within the specified offer period.
