In a candid revelation that has set tongues wagging, renowned fashion designer Hasan Sheheryar Yasin, popularly known as HSY, disclosed that nearly all Pakistani actors and actresses have undergone plastic surgery to enhance their looks.
Recently, HSY appeared on Ahmed Ali Butt’s podcast on YouTube, where he shared insights on various topics, including the aesthetics of Pakistani showbiz personalities.

“All male actors in Pakistan look the same,” HSY remarked. “Their hairstyles, beards, cheeks, and noses are identical because they’ve all had fillers.”
HSY humorously pointed out that Pakistani actors often return from trips to Dubai or Turkey looking more attractive.
When asked about their transformed looks, they credit the ‘good weather’ abroad. “No one admits they had surgery. Almost every actor and actress in Pakistan has had makeup and plastic surgery to look beautiful,” he revealed.
But HSY, a fashion guru, believes true beauty isn’t skin-deep.
“Beauty doesn’t come from makeup or plastic surgery; it comes from within,” he stated. Praising genuine beauty in the industry, he said, “Right now, in Pakistani showbiz, Mehwish Hayat is truly beautiful, while Ayesha Omar is striking.”
