Has Your University Received HEC Laptops Yet

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has begun the final phase of distribution under the Prime Minister’s Youth Laptop Scheme. The commission confirmed that Laptops have now reached selected universities across the country.

In an official statement, HEC informed selected students that their Laptops are available at their respective institutions. Universities have been instructed to start the handover process immediately. This marks the last stage of distribution at the university level.

According to HEC, eligible students must visit their university campus to collect their devices. They are required to submit the necessary documents to the designated focal person. Only students who were selected through the merit-based process can receive the Laptops.

The commission has advised students to complete all formalities without delay. This includes verification of identity and submission of required paperwork. Once the process is complete, the university will hand over the device.

The Prime Minister’s Youth Laptop Scheme aims to support students enrolled in higher education institutions. The initiative focuses on promoting digital learning and improving academic performance. It is designed to help students access online resources, research materials, and virtual learning platforms.

HEC stated that the distribution phase is now fully operational. Universities are facilitating the final delivery to selected candidates. Students are encouraged to stay in contact with their university administration for updates.

The scheme follows a transparent and merit-based selection process. Only students who meet the eligibility criteria are included. The goal is to ensure fairness and equal opportunity.

With Laptops now available at campuses, the process is expected to conclude soon. HEC has emphasized timely collection to avoid unnecessary delays.
