Social media was recently flooded with claims that renowned Pakistani folk singer Naseebo Lal had given birth to a baby boy at the age of 56. The rumors escalated after a video surfaced showing her in a hospital maternity ward, holding a newborn and affectionately referring to him as her son, with her husband standing beside her.
After widespread speculation, Naseebo Lal’s family issued a clarification, confirming that she did not give birth. Instead, the singer has become a grandmother, as her son Murad welcomed a baby.
Naseebo Lal explained the misunderstanding by saying that although the child belongs to her son, she expressed her love by calling the newborn her own.
