The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has made it mandatory for all Pakistani pilgrims to complete a medical form for Hajj 2026. The form must be filled through the Pak Hajj.
A ministry spokesperson said the medical questionnaire is now available on the app and must be completed by Friday. Pilgrims are required to answer health-related questions in a “yes” or “no” format. The form covers conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease, and diabetes.
Officials added that the form also collects information about asthma, arthritis, and thyroid issues. This step aims to ensure that all pilgrims receive proper medical care during Hajj. The data will help authorities prepare adequate facilities in case of emergencies.
In addition to the medical form, the ministry has added a feature on the Pak Hajj app for printing Hajj visas. Pilgrims can also access the complete Hajj flight schedule through the app. Officials said these updates are part of a phased plan to improve services and provide timely information to all travelers.
Pilgrims are advised to check the app regularly for new updates. The ministry emphasized that completing the medical form is mandatory. Failing to submit it may affect access to services and support during the pilgrimage.
The Pak Hajj app is designed to make the entire Hajj process smoother. It allows pilgrims to manage their health declarations, print visas, and track flight schedules from a single platform. Officials continue to encourage all pilgrims to stay informed through the app.
These measures reflect the government’s commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of Pakistani pilgrims. By collecting health information in advance and providing essential tools digitally, authorities aim to facilitate a safe and organized Hajj 2026 journey for all participants.
