The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training has introduced a free mobile repairing course for women under an initiative launched by the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC). The program is designed to support women’s empowerment by providing technical education and practical vocational skills that can help participants build independent careers and improve employment opportunities.
According to official details, the training sessions will take place at the Government Polytechnic Institute for Women located in H-8/1, Islamabad. The course has been launched under the theme, “Prime Minister of Pakistan’s Vision: Empowered and Successful Women — Step by Step,” highlighting the government’s focus on increasing women’s participation in technical and professional fields.
Officials stated that the initiative is part of broader efforts to equip women with modern, market-oriented skills that can help them become financially independent. By offering hands-on technical training, the program aims to encourage self-reliance and open new career paths in the growing technology and mobile repair sector.
As per the official advertisement, women between the ages of 18 and 40 are eligible to apply for the course. Applicants must have at least a matriculation-level education to qualify for enrollment. Authorities have announced May 15 as the final date for submitting applications.
The program is being launched under NAVTTC’s wider quality training initiative, which focuses on strengthening technical education and creating better employment opportunities for Pakistani youth, especially women. Officials believe such vocational programs can play an important role in reducing unemployment and promoting economic participation among women across the country.
Interested candidates can complete the application process online through the official platforms of NAVTTC. Authorities have encouraged eligible women to apply on time and benefit from the free training opportunity aimed at developing practical technical expertise.
