The price of gold in Pakistan remained stable on Monday, as dealers increased the discounts offered to customers.
According to data from the Karachi Sarafa Association, the price of 24-carat gold was reported at Rs 256,500, while the price for 10 grams stood at Rs 219,907.

The Association noted that the price of gold is currently undercut by Rs 2,500 per tola compared to the international market. Dealers also raised the discount by Rs 500 towards the end of last week.
While there were minor fluctuations in price during the previous week, gold prices largely remained stable, decreasing by just Rs 300 per tola over the week.
