The price of 24-karat gold per tola dropped by Rs.4,200 on Thursday, now standing at Rs.352,700 compared to Rs.356,900 a day earlier, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold fell by Rs.3,601 to Rs.302,383, while 22-karat gold dropped by Rs.3,301 to Rs.277,194.

Silver also saw a decline, with per tola rates falling by Rs.65 to Rs.3,417 and 10 grams decreasing by Rs.56 to Rs.2,929.
In the global market, gold prices dropped by $42 to $3,343, and silver fell by $0.65 to close at $32.35, the Association added.
