Gold Prices Continue Upward Trend, Increase by Rs. 300 Per Tola
Gold prices in Pakistan continued their upward trajectory on Tuesday, with the price of 24-karat gold per tola rising by Rs. 300 to reach Rs. 342,800, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association. The precious metal had closed at Rs. 342,500 per tola on the previous trading day.
This marks a cumulative increase of Rs. 4,300 per tola over the last two days, as gold prices surged by Rs. 4,000 on Monday alone.

The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also climbed by Rs. 257, settling at Rs. 293,895, up from Rs. 293,638. Similarly, the rate for 10 grams of 22-karat gold rose by Rs. 236 to Rs. 269,413.
Meanwhile, silver prices remained stable, with the per tola rate holding at Rs. 3,410 and the 10-gram price unchanged at Rs. 2,923.
In the international market, gold prices recorded a modest increase of $3 per ounce, rising from $3,241 to $3,244. Silver prices, however, remained unchanged at $32.52 per ounce.
