Gold Price Rises by Rs1,300 Per Tola in Pakistan

The price of 24-karat gold per tola rose by Rs1,300, reaching Rs278,300 on Thursday, compared to Rs277,000 on the previous trading day, according to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold increased by Rs1,114, now selling at Rs238,597, while 10-gram 22-karat gold saw a rise to Rs218,714 from Rs217,693.

Silver prices, however, remained unchanged. The rates for one tola and 10 grams of silver stood steady at Rs3,350 and Rs2,872.08, respectively, showing no fluctuations in the local market.

In the international market, gold prices saw an increase of $13, climbing from $2,652 to $2,665 per ounce. The rise reflects ongoing changes in global precious metal trends, impacting local markets accordingly.
