According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Association, the per tola gold rate surged by Rs6,600, reaching Rs356,800. Similarly, the price of 10 grams rose by Rs5,658 to Rs305,898.
This spike follows a modest gain of Rs800 a day earlier, when gold closed at Rs350,200 per tola. On the global front, gold prices increased by $66, reaching $3,348 per ounce (including a $20 premium), while silver also rose by Rs52 per tola to Rs3,834.
