[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]The burden of inflation continues to weigh heavily on the public, as the Utility Stores Corporation (USC) has revealed a further price hike in ghee, shortly after raising sugar prices.
Reportedly, the cost per kilogram of ghee has been elevated by Rs. 25. Previously available at Rs. 398 per kg for regular customers, ghee will now be retailed at Rs. 423 per kg.

As per the USC’s notification, this new pricing will take effect starting today.
It’s worth noting that the USC recently increased ghee prices for recipients of the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP). For BISP beneficiaries, the ghee price saw a rise of Rs. 53 per kg, escalating from Rs. 300 to Rs. 353.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
