A private airline flight from Islamabad to Dubai faced a seven-hour delay, causing significant frustration among approximately 200 passengers at New Islamabad Airport. The flight, initially scheduled to depart at 2:15 PM, failed to take off after several hours of waiting, leaving passengers stranded without any assistance or updates.
The delay prompted passengers, including elderly individuals, women, and children, to stage a protest, demanding answers from the airline. However, airline staff were reportedly absent, further exacerbating the passengers’ dissatisfaction. The protest disrupted airport operations, with passengers calling on the airline to prevent similar delays in the future.
