Federal Government Announces Summer Vacations for Educational Institutions

ISLAMABAD – The federal government has officially announced summer vacations for all educational institutions operating under its jurisdiction, according to a notification issued on Monday.

The summer break will commence from June 5 and continue until August 1, providing relief to students and staff amid prevailing heatwave conditions across the country.

Revised School Timings Announced Due to Heatwave

In response to the rising temperatures, the government has also implemented revised school timings effective from May 26 until the start of the holidays. During this period, schools will function from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

The decision has been taken in consideration of the health and safety of both students and educational staff.

Authorities have urged all federal institutions to strictly adhere to the revised schedule and vacation dates.
