An 85-year-old man was abducted and brutally tortured in Chak 19, Bahawalpur, while his son, residing in Malaysia, was forced to watch the horrific act live via a video call.
The victim, Hafeez Sajid, was reportedly kidnapped at gunpoint from a local market by a local strongman, Asif Don, and his accomplices. He was taken to Don’s private property where he was beaten mercilessly. Even after losing consciousness, the torture continued once he was revived.

In a disturbing turn, the perpetrators called Sajid’s son and streamed the torture live, mocking him and daring him to “rescue your father,” while the helpless son watched and wept, unable to intervene.
Following the viral footage of the incident, police launched immediate action, arresting Asif Don and several others. A case has been registered, and investigations are underway.
Seeking justice, the elderly victim has demanded the strictest punishment for those responsible.
