Cricket fans in Dubai are set to experience a unique gesture of hospitality as the Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) announced that free Iftar boxes will be provided to fasting spectators at Dubai Cricket Stadium during the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.
This initiative ensures that those observing Ramadan can comfortably break their fast while enjoying the matches, with the Iftar boxes delivered straight to their seats. No matter where they are seated—whether in the general, premier, pavilion, or platinum sections—all fasting fans will receive these complimentary meal boxes.

The Champions Trophy schedule coincides with the start of Ramadan in Dubai, which is expected to begin on March 1. Notably, the final group-stage match between New Zealand and India is set for March 2 at the Dubai Cricket Stadium, with one of the semi-finals scheduled for March 4. If India makes it to the final on March 9, the stadium could host the grand finale as well.
By offering free Iftar boxes, the ECB aims to enhance the overall fan experience, allowing supporters to honor their spiritual commitments without missing any of the exciting cricket action. This thoughtful move underscores Dubai’s commitment to inclusivity and hospitality, seamlessly blending the spirit of Ramadan with world-class cricket.
