The 29-year-old, who was previously linked to The Office actor B.J. Novak in late 2024, discussed challenges in her current relationship without naming her partner.
“I’m not fully committed—I wouldn’t say I’m ‘boo’d up’—but I am dating someone, and it’s… okay,” Rowe admitted. She acknowledged that her earlier hesitation may have caused issues, saying, “I was the problem. I wasn’t sure at first, so I was noncommittal for a while while he was very sure. Now that I’m ready, he doesn’t trust my intentions.”
