According to the Met Office, the low-pressure system is expected to intensify into a cyclonic storm within the next 24 hours due to favorable environmental conditions.
This cyclonic storm is projected to track toward the southern coasts of Oman and Yemen. However, the PMD has clarified that the coastal regions of Pakistan are not likely to be directly affected by this system. As it moves in a west-northwest direction, Karachi and other coastal areas are expected to remain unaffected.
