Court summons Imran khan on April 11 in Toshakhana criminal case

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]ISLAMABAD: Former Prime Minister Imran Khan has been summoned to appear in the Toshakhana criminal proceedings case on April 11.

Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal of the District and Sessions Court issued a summons to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief.

Imran’s summons notice includes Bani Gala’s address.

According to the summons notice, Imran should appear in court at 8:30 a.m. on April 11, and the compliance officer should be present if the notice is not followed.

The main case in the Toshakhana criminal proceedings is set to be heard on April 29, and the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has requested an early hearing.

The court has given Imran a hearing date of April 11 in response to his request for an early hearing.

On April 8, the former prime minister was served with a notice, but he did not comply. The hearing was then adjourned until April 11 without proceeding.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
