The projects are set to provide encumbrance-free land and developments, ensuring that investments are secure and advantageous for both investors and Pakistan. This initiative is anticipated to enhance foreign remittances and further the development of the capital city.

The Public-Private Partnership Authority will offer technical support for these ventures, with the process of engaging advisers and consultants slated to begin shortly. This collaboration aims to ensure the efficient execution of the projects and adherence to the highest standards.

Additionally, Randhawa noted that unsolicited proposals received thus far are under review, reflecting a proactive approach to integrating a variety of ideas and opportunities into the development plans.
