[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]In Karachi’s Burns Road neighbourhood, a burglar employed hypnosis to steal from a shopkeeper. After receiving a tip, police apprehended the culprit, Abdul Shahaab, in the Aram Bagh area. Shahaab is well-known for his involvement in pickpocketing and robberies, and he was apprehended using CCTV evidence.
According to the video, the accused hypnotised the shopkeeper before stealing money from the cashier’s desk. Following the broadcast of the CCTV tape, the police initiated a search operation and apprehended Shahaab within 24 hours. Authorities believe he has previously committed similar robberies.

According to SSP South Asad Raza, a formal complaint has been filed against Abdul Shahaab. The police are doing more investigations and reviewing his criminal history.
In a similar case last year, Ferozabad police arrested a 60-year-old man and his son for leading a three-man gang that used hypnosis and other deceptive tactics to loot businesses. CCTV footage also helped identify the gang.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
