Cambridge Announces Major Reforms After Exam Paper Leak Scandal

ISLAMABAD – Cambridge International Education (CIE) has announced that students impacted by the recent leak of three exam papers will be eligible to retake the affected papers for free in the November 2025 session.

The free resit offer applies to candidates who appeared for AS & A Level Mathematics Paper 12, Mathematics Paper 42, and Computer Science Paper 22 during the June 2025 exam series.

While CIE has confirmed that the results for these papers will still be released as originally scheduled, the free resit option allows students to either improve their grades or address any concerns arising from the paper leak.

The examination body has informed students and their families about this opportunity through their respective schools. Additional information regarding the resit process will be shared after the June 2025 results are issued.

Students seeking clarification or guidance are advised to contact their schools directly for further assistance.
