Bodies of 12 girls found drugged and dumped in Karachi

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]The bodies of at least twelve teenage girls have been unearthed in a short period of time, startling the Sindh Police. They are thought to have died from a drug overdose at dance parties held in various Karachi farmhouses.

On September 27, the first girl’s body was discovered in the Sachal Police Station’s jurisdiction. In a first-of-its-kind case, SSP Junaid Sheikh of the Sindh Police Special Investigation Unit (SIU) said that 12 young girls have been discovered in recent weeks, according to the records of the rescue organisations. After receiving illegal substances, they were thrown at an unidentified site.

Police could not find any related records of the deceased, leading them to connecting the dots and starting an investigation into the deaths as a continuation of previous occurrences.

SIU has sealed the farmhouse of a government servant and arrest four caretakers, including a woman and a manager. They are being interrogated about the corpses. The police have also taken rescue agencies on board to prevent such cases in future.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
