This year, 44 leading multinational and national companies participated in the Global DEI Awards. Following a rigorous, evidence-based disclosure and independent evaluation by an international jury. 4 companies were declared as “Most Inclusive Companies of the Year” These companies are Bank Alfalah Limited, Jazz, HBL and Engro Polymer & Chemicals Limited. In terms of DEI score, Bank Alfalah is winner and Jazz is the runner up for the year. Top 10 inclusive companies include HBL Microfinance Bank, Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited, Engro Fertilizers Limited, Faysal Bank, Fatima Group and ABACUS. These organizations demonstrated remarkable tangible progress in embedding DEI into their governance, workforce, and value-creation models, delivering positive social and economic outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
The GDEIB were authored by Julie O’Mara (USA), Alan Richter (USA), and Nene Molefi (South Africa) and published in 2021 by the Centre for Global Inclusion. The framework comprises 15 categories, 5 maturity levels, and 275 benchmarks, enabling organizations to systematically assess DEI maturity through documented evidence reviewed by an independent international jury.
