Siri to get chatgpt like technology

Siri, Apple’s famous voice assistant, is about to have another major update. According to reports, the tech titan has been testing an AI feature that will provide Siri with natural language generation capabilities.

OpenAI, the makers of ChatGPT and GPT4, currently controls a sizable portion of the generative AI industry. However, other major technology companies, fearful of the rising AI competition, have begun to release their own generative AI tools. In this case, Apple is just another example.

According to 9to5Mac, Apple has been working on adding natural language generation capabilities to Siri, allowing it to create human-like replies and content.

Siri is now available on devices such as the iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and even the Apple Watch.

Apple is reportedly testing language generation on the Apple TV Siri, which is currently only capable of making up jokes.

As Apple continues to test natural language generation, we can expect the company to release incredible Siri generation features on devices like iPhones, iPads, and Macs in the near future.

While OpenAI’s ChatGPT and GPT4 are text-based chatbots, Apple’s Siri uses generative technology to provide answers in audio form, making Siri sound more realistic.
