Actress and TV host Amina Malik made an emotional revelation on Samaa TV’s morning show Subh Samaa Ka Sath, where she spoke about losing three pregnancies and how those experiences changed her life and outlook on motherhood.
Speaking to host Madeha Naqvi, Amina Malik shared that she suffered three consecutive pregnancy losses, including stillbirths. She called it “the most painful time of my life,” explaining that she lost babies at seven and five months, and faced another loss in 2020.
The actress revealed that she already had one daughter before those tragedies and that her younger daughter was born after the losses. She said the birth of her second child gave her strength and renewed hope. Afterward, she decided not to try for more children, saying the emotional pain was too deep to endure again.
Amina Malik also opened up about the social pressure she faced when people urged her to have more children. She said such remarks were insensitive, adding that after what she went through, she would no longer tolerate those comments.
On the show, Amina talked about her parenting style and shared that she avoids giving her daughters junk or processed food. She encourages homemade meals and healthy eating habits, even for guests visiting her home.
She also discussed the importance of mental health, advising people to seek help from professionals instead of only sharing their problems with friends or family. According to her, casual advice can sometimes make mental stress worse.

Known for her roles in popular dramas such as Mera Dil Mera Dushman, Laapata, Mayi Ri, and Sher, Amina Malik continues to inspire fans with her honesty, resilience, and courage to speak about personal struggles.
